Crafted for agility, the Kabuto knife from Defcon showcases a selection of sought-after materials to bolster its ergonomic design. Starting with the blade, ultra-tough CPM S35VN stainless steel is built to handle a wide range of cutting tasks. On the TF5288 and TF5288-1 models, the blade also features a silicon-nitride coating for extra wear resistance. Moving to the handle, 6AL4V titanium delivers best-in-class durability without adding too much weight. On the TF5288-3 model, 6AL4V titanium is combined with forged carbon for a more textured grip. All models come equipped with a frame lock, reinforced lock bar, lanyard hole, glass breaker, and pocket clip for extra utility.
