vongNew to massdrop? Any user can start a new poll on products. So, start a new poll for sound dampeners. Once enough people vote on it, Massdrop will do its best to contact the winning manufacturer and secure group pricing.

Thanks for the suggestions. It's funny you mention that, as I just installed Dynamat Extreme on all four of the inner door skins on my B5 A4 and it's been great so far. The install was easy, it seems to have cut down the road noise (which was my reason for installing it), and I had to turn the bass down a little to keep everything balanced.
Like spthomp mentioned though, starting a poll is a great way to let us know about what products you guys want to see on the site, but I'll also see what I can do about getting some sound deadening products up.

Polls seem to be a bit of a pain, as soon as you start one it'll get lost in a sea of other polls. Thanks for looking into it, I bet there will be hundreds of people who would love to get some sound deader for a good price. I'd buy a bunch even if I didn't need it right away.

spthompWhat's your problem? I've been a part of Massdrop for about the last 2 years, I've voted on a bunch of polls and have rarely seen any drops for them. I'd imagine it's a pain for the employees to scour through all of the polls and make sensible choices.
I gave out a suggestion that applied to a whole community and as you can see there are a bunch of people supporting it. The Auto community is rather new and I'm giving Massdrop an idea to what we would all like instead of stuff for specific cars.

I like that you've chosen to drop something that applies to the whole automotive community instead of just corvettes with this and I'd like to see more. Sound deadener would be a good choice as it's one of the most common things done to a vehicle. Products like Dynamat Xtreme, Stinger Roadkill, Focal Bam and Damplifier Pro are really good if you decide to do it.
