Fort Knox for your headphones!

First off…. Great price! I don’t know if I caught a 1 day or 1weekend sale, but I’m overjoyed that I did. I’ve been wanting and needing this case for some time. About 6 months ago, I bought a very expensive headphone at CanJam NYC. I got a good deal on them because of the show but they didn’t come with the normal accoutrements such as a case, extra ear pads and such. I definitely needed a carrying case and the Dekoni + SKB Hero was on my short list. Anyway, great price, I order, it arrived and I am blown away at the quality! The level of protection it offers is off the scale. It offers an almost custom fit with room for a few accessories. TBH, the level of protect is overkill but better too much than too little. Highly recommended. Bravo!

A solid travel case, suitable for my Final D8000. My headphone fits exactly in the mold, despite the long sliders, including long cable (3 meters) on top – without the need to disconnect the cable. In the middle of the case is a hole inside where I can store adapter cables. This heavy duty travel case really meets all my requirements. Thank you Drop and Dekoni for developing this great product and bringing it to the community!

What does one expect when one of the world’s best fligthcase makers collaborate with a smart audio company with an eye for detail… something good is bound to happen. After much attesting, because this could be made from another case. The one downside would be the time to make (cut/ fit) and acquire high density foam. I am not talking about the pick apart cubes that most high tier cases can come with. Overall, this is well fitted and clean cut in regards to the foam already, and yes it is very solid and overbuilt. So i bite some of my words, about finding other cases, but really in regards to time to do so you might as well purchase a well finished product. My main original concern.. I was not ready to drop ~100$ and wasnt sure when this would come around again. So I took the plunge and I am glad I did, it is very nice and appears it will last a long time. 6XX and iPhone for scale

Does what it was built to do, and does it well.

I bought two : one for my Susvara, and the other for my He6SE, more for storage when not in use than for travel, which I do not do that frequently with these particular headphones. Of course, if I ever need to travel with them, the cases and the complimentary in-built headphone stands would come in handy. Definitely good bus.

I have the HifiMan Arya. I needed a way to store this very expensive headphone properly. The Arya comes in an embarrassing box that is more suitable to a $150.00 headphone. This case is manufactured by the same company that provides Audeze with their custom cases. This one is slightly larger and nicer than the one that comes with the Audeze LCD2. This case is so strong, I could sit on it. I weigh 280 lbs. no other headphone case that I know of comes close to the tough craftsmanship offered here. Highly recommend for safeguarding your expensive headphones. A good value at this price. This one will outlive you.

czremI own the LCD-2 with the similar case which you mentioned and it is definately a great way to protect my headphones. What I like about this Dekoni offering is that the way it is constructed not only do you get a protective case for your travels or while not using them, but you also get a headphone stand to boot. That's excellent!
