@DekoniAudio Hello Dekoni, I placed my order last time these were dropping - on 23rd April. I have ordered from massdrop multiple times and I know it takes a bit to reach me. But my particular order has been stuck in one status since 29th April. The tracking website says it was returned from USA Customs because of "Exportation Restriction". My order ID is - MD-84175-3929240. Massdrop support won't entertain anything until 6 weeks from the order date which will be 11th June, which is a long wait. Perhaps, you can pass on this info to the warehouse and check where is my order stuck, maybe some documentation is missing? If you can confirm that something went wrong with it, I can place a new order with this drop and eventually claim refund for the older on when 6 weeks have passed. I will greatly appreciate your help!

FirstOrangutanI also placed an order on this drop, I believe I'm stuck in a similar situation, tracking via usps has been "in transit to next facility" since April 29th. @DekoniAudio any update would be appreciated, waiting for a shipping update within the usps system for 20+ days seems a bit excessive.

Canuckedand @FirstOrangutan Ok, so we don't have control over shipping limbo, however we would recommend checking with your local post office. They may be holding the packages until customs are paid, or have some other action waiting to be done. Let us know how it goes, wish you two the best!

DekoniAudioI would reach out to them, but the package has not arrived in the destination county. For me atleast, it shows that US customs had returned it. But anyways, if you say you don't have control over shipping issue I will reach out to massdrop support after the 6th week. I have placed another order during the 2nd time it was dropping and hopefully this one will reach here.
