Mixed feelings
I personally didnt notice a difference in sound signature or differences in the modes (noise cancellation actually got worse for me) and the foam itself felt warm in my ears compared to the rubbers after just minutes of use (i didnt like that), however they did "eat" up ear wax and not leave my ears feeling wet but that meant i was cleaning these things more often than i did the rubbers.
I wouldnt bother with these again personally with my second gen pros.

Best option if Comply isn't available
Don't have Airpods anymore. Regardless, they fit great if you get the right size. Still prefer Comply, but at the time I got these, Comply hadn't released foam tips for Airpods yet. They're perfectly fine.

Pretty Good Seal - Can be uncomfortable for some
I have small ears, ordered the small tips, I used them for about a year. These require more maintenance, will have to soak in warm water to clean. They can get Uncomfortable over longer periods
