Dekoni has some fenestrated sheepskin pads on sale for $50 with a small manufacturing defect. Got mine there. They work perfectly on the Elears. https://dekoniaudio.com/product/manufacturing-defect-dekoni-audio-elite-fenestrated-sheepskin-earpad-set-for-focal-elear-clear-utopia/

PendelHow do they sound compared to the stock pads?

TrixbunnyThe change in sound with the Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin pads is subtle but noticeable and welcome. The Elears with stock pads felt too bright on certain tracks and were hard on my ears, as the pads are thinner/softer, so that the ear was closer to the driver, sometimes pressing on the body of the headphones just a bit. Subjectively speaking, I find that the Dekoni Elear pads smooth out the high end and bring out the mids without any loss of clarity. They make the headphones much less fatiguing, and these pads are also waaay more comfortable than stock. In fact the Elears now sound so good that I am having a very hard time going back to my HD 58X Jubilee which I used to find quite wonderful prior to buying the Elears, to the point that I am thinking of letting them go all together.

TrixbunnyVery little, I would say, which is a good thing (IMHO), as it was very nice to start with.
