Very nice materials (leather) and comfort. Very pleased so far and I haven't noticed any lack of noise cancelling. One minor criticism, the tool that ships to aid removal of stock pads snapped immediately. Fortunately you don't really need it as you can prise them off by hand.

DaiBachUpdate: After using them daily, the leather has broken down and started flaking off. It's VERY thin leather, like gold flake thickness. That's about 18 months life after daily use, guess that's not too bad? Looking for this to be offered again now.
