Okay...I have to say - I just got both the Elite Velour and the Elite Hybrids. The Elite Hybrids feel amazing!! The Elite Hybrids definitely cancel a little bit more noise than the regular K7XX earpads. I haven't tried the Elite Velours yet, but will update when I do. Next thing I need to see is if I get any pain around my ears since I wear these for a long period of time.
