Just as a FYI to anyone still considering this pen, the "fusion" nib is made by simply gluing the gold bit onto the steel nib. http://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php/topic/272794-delta-fusion-my-vote-is-in/#entry3094911

ArtSJCYowch. That's... actually embarrassing.
So the cost of producing this pen is what, 50 bucks including materials? That's a hell of a profit margin.

bryant@bryant the materials are cheap (not that cheap) but you are paying for the name, the design of the pen and the nib, and the tooling for a very small production so it probably costs them at least $300 to manufacture
