I’ve ordered many times from Drop. This is not normal. Waiting for the order to be fulfilled is normal, but missing the expected ship date with no update is ridiculous.

I understand this was supposed to have shipped already. I just flagged this to our logistics team and they will be looking into it shortly.
Because of how most runs are structured, we depend on our vendors/suppliers to send out products on the agreed upon time. While in the majority of cases this works out, delays on a given run or shipment can happen for a number of reasons.

Does the X-3500H`s Bluetooth use aptX or, preferably, aptX HD? If not, what codecs are supported? Thanks in advance.

If you run separate amps it is getting harder and harder to find a good receiver with 7.1/.2 pre-amp outputs, this is a pretty solid deal.

Is Drop an authorized Denon dealer? Will the unit be covered by warranty if purchased through Drop?

djdannyThe included section lists Manufacture's 3 year limited warranty and they specified that it is shipped direct from vendor for domestic orders. It would be nice though to get verification on if they are an authorized dealer as that is my holdup on clicking buy.

I have the X3400 from last year, this is a great AVR. Nice GUI and fantastic output voltage on the preouts for external amps. I use a Harmony remote to control it, so I dont have any comments on the remote, but overall I would highly recommend this unit
