They Unpair From Each Other
They will randomly Unpair from each other and it takes FOREVER to get them working again.
Really wish I was able to get a refund. While they sound pretty good, the random unpairing is incredibly frustrating.
EDIT: Letting them die and the charging fixed my issue, they have been fine since. But the company seems to not exist anymore, so can't get any foam eartips as these earbuds are very proprietary, still would not recommend. But they do sound decent.

BalakayAllenI have the same problem. Drop will give NO support. I feel like they took my cash right out of my pocket. Jerks!!!! Assholes!!!
