I can't get the ear buds to pair at the same time. If the left is connected the right isn't and vice versa. Any help out there???!!!??

We are sorry to hear this is happening. We have spoken to the manufacturer and they have provided this link for reset of initialization which seems to fix the issue.

I tried and tried to use the fix to no avail. I wasted an hour trying to get them to work. How about a refund??? They are useless.
