I just built one of these, prusa i3 rework edition. Sourcing the parts will cost you $495 shipped in the US. I chose to ditch the magma hotend and go with a E3D all metal hotend (so I can print ABS and other materials). Also instead of a mk1 or mk2 board which require glass over to print on I chose the mk3a aluminum. I did not get an LCD. This kit when it reaches the lowest level is a fairly priced machine.

cccxmIt's likely that atrueresistance used the official bill of materials from http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_i3_Rework_Bill_of_materials
