Looks like a polia stem in a POM housing with a 60g spring. This is pretty pricey, but actually sounds like an interesting switch. It’s so damn ugly though.

Looks interesting, but it'll be hard to compete with the Boba U4T which are only $0.60 per switch and are more tactile (comparable to holy panda or zealios v2). I guess if you REALLY want a slightly less tactile switch this might fit the bill, but seems a bit overpriced.

I'd say Moyu Blacks / Dark Jades are even more tactile - still prefer the U4Ts for their feel, though.
