Slothy96Yup this just happened to me. I opened the box and only the white keys were there, no purple keys, F row, arrows... nothing. I've been waiting on these for almost 4 months :(
CathogaThey just got back to me and they said I could send the full thing back for a either a refund or exchange (for what I actually paid for) or I could just keep it and they'd be send me $20 (which isnt even a third of the price of the base kit.) Kinda bs man, either I get stiffed or I have to go out of my way to correct their mistake.

Slothy96Yup, same here...seems like they maybe priced or packed them wrong. Still waiting to hear back but seems like a lot of people got the same so there should be a bunch of mods laying around that just need to be shipped out
squidberryI actually got an email saying the missing pieces would be sent by the end of the month. Little odd but I'd rather get them late than not at all.
squidberry@Ceiran@Cathoga@Sylrine@Funky_beans I got in touch with the vendor a few days ago and found out they only sent us the Alphas because the Base option was split into 2 packages - Alphas + Mods. I've been working with our CS team to get you the right caps and have created a new task for our warehouse to fulfill and send out the Mods kit when it's delivered. The vendor sent out the Mods last week so they should be slated to arrive soon, and then shipped out to you guys - thanks for your patience!
LorehskiThey tried to force a refund on me and closed the support ticket, but I reopened it. Hopefully this gets sorted out, I'd really like to get my hands on the entire base set.
squidberry@Slothy96Our warehouse received the mod kits recently (took a little since they came overseas) and are in the process of labeling them correctly to all those who only received alphas. They're working with CS to get them correctly dispatch to everyone who's still waiting - appreciate the patience!

I want my missing mods kit sent to me. That's all im asking for -- What i frikkin paid for.
kuwamiDo you mind providing your order number and details to our CS agent again? They might not clearly understand the situation, and please remind them that we have replacement mod sets for this drop. From what I've relayed to the team, the members who purchased the base kit are missing mods completely.
MichSme too, just received my package (due to forwarding and tried to wait for the other package to come along but frustrated so I forward the first package) and had the same issue. Waiting on the follow up tracking ID but haven't heard nothing since late Feb till now
