Hi Mike, First off, I would like to apologize for the issues you encountered with this product. We did not hear from Mass Drop about the issues, and have only just found this comment you made. On the environmental side of things, we only use deadstock fabrics, which is where the savings come in. There is no greenwashing or marketing speak, it is legitimate. At the time these jeans were made, we were sourcing the fabrics in downtown LA and then washing them nearby in the most minimally impactful fashion. I would be happy to explain more abut the savings made when a brand uses deadstock over email. Again, my sincere apologies you encountered issues with this product.
