There is not question that Yaxell has amazing quality, but this particular model makes me wonder…
This steel seems pretty interesting, but the curve and the tip seems a bit unusual for me. This seems like a long /curved/ Santoku.
I'd rather enjoy a wider Santoku, but not as curved…
What do you think you wanna use this knife for?
