I purchased this board and the tab, W and /? key have receiving prongs on the PCB that are not separated and won't allow the bottom connector on switches to slot in (notice the right receiving prong has a wide space between the two prongs). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or can I buy a new PCB? Very upsetting for such an expensive product to have this issue.

Tyhe314Remove the bottom plate so you can access the PCB and use a pair of tweezers to pinch the contacts together. That should fix it. I have tested this before by intentionally increasing the gap such that a switch does not reliably work and resolving the issue by pinching the contacts in the hot swap socket until they maintain contact with an installed switch pin.
