I received an error when trying to flash a custom keyboard configuration via the instructions on the Drop keyboard configuration: "Could not find a valid device port!". Has anyone else seen this error before and know how to fix it. Not being able to update the firmware is horrible! I should also mention that I tried Linux and windows to try and get it working but no luck.

urwis123Are you using the instructions from the drop webpage (https://drop.com/talk/10343/how-to-configure-your-alt-keyboard) to configure the keyboard? I was getting the same error and could not figure it out. Turns out the link on the webpage is to an older build of the mdloader and applet_flash file... There is a newer file at (https://github.com/Massdrop/mdloader/releases) and this worked for me.
