I heard there will be a revision with compatibility for 5-pin switches. When will that revision be out? Will there be a revision for the stabilizers too? Perhaps screw-in stabilizers?

Yes, but not the optical variant. Also, if you get the 5 pin variation, you will need to clip the extra two legs.

Two questions: Can this keyboard be built without the diffuser without any problems? If so, can anybody show me pictures of it put together without the diffuser?

Are you able to enable "N-key rollover" by default, with a firmware flash?

N key rollover isn't something that needs to be enabled, its a feature of the physical design. So, if this keyboard does have n key rollover, there is nothing you need to do.
