I've been on the ALT High now for about a month here. I added my SA Oblivions and have really enjoyed it. I'm normally a TKL or full size user but this has converted me . The board has a good weight to it and I have no issues with it sliding around and find the 6º angle to be a perfect fit with my @OrcasKR 60% wrist rest as well.
I had the barebones version here and added some zealios 65g v1's and awaiting the holy panda's to add later this year.

I have a love hate relationship with this keyboard. It sounds decent with Yok Holy Pandas and Taihao Sunrise/GMK Laser.
My issue was the keyboard would continually short out every 20 minutes or so. I thought it was the cable but it turned out to be the board. Upon further inspection I'm not the only one that had this issue. Drop let me send it back so for an additional $10 or so to return the keyboard I have a working one that has not given me any issues so far.
It's definitely the most premium keyboard I own so far but for an integrated plate build it feels like it could be better sounding.

I've been using the Alt HP for 4 months now so i'll chime in.
I'm not majorly experienced in the custom scene yet but i did built a tofu with dz60 pcb, tealios r11 from kbdfans and gmk skydolch, but this keyboard is on another level with build quality overall.
Northface LEDS!!! some will not even touch this board because of this feature. Most switches will hit gmk caps on row 2 and 3..... BUUTT the kailh housing dont hit by .2mm which im guessing... Its so close that if you twist the caps while bottomed out you can feel it hitting. Make your choice now if you care or not.
The stabs are not bad on the high profile for what I can see. I am comparing to gmk screw ins. I will say they are not as good but not vortex bad. For some reason only the space bar stabs came lubed but they still had some rattle i needed to clear and did completely clear with a proper lubing ;). Make sure the tips of the stab bars are lubed correctly after inserted as they seem to make the most noise in the stabs. Also seems like they used a thin lube and i really like thicker lubes for stabs.
I got the gmk laser caps... LOVE EM!!! stock caps...??? Well they are w.e.... A little bit to rough on my fingers and makes the whole experience kind of un-enjoyable. That is my opinion. I think I'm just a little to spoiled with GMK!!
Hotswap!! some may love or hate it... I personally like it since I can change switches since I'm not regular with all different switches and plan to try many different kinds of switch in the future. This board is a perfect tester board before soldering for a new build. OR change it up whenever your bored of the switches inside.
Halo Clear switches are nice but will use them to make pandas in the future. Main reason why I chose them in checkout.
I find the usb passthrough to be useless in my application. Dual usb ports are very useful if you need to route the cable in a certain spot.
RGB? its a must and vibrant.
Qmk is what i used to create custom firmware. it takes a few more steps but if your furmiliar with QMK then you wouldn't have any issues. BBBUUUUTTT!!! setting the rgb is qmk is whole other language for me and really is for the expert coders out there.
MASSDROP! if your reading please add GESC OR A ENTER MANUAL CODE to the massdrop configurator so i wouldn't have to create my own keymaps and be able edit my leds!!!!!!

Thumps22my ALT high profile, black case arrived. I'm using it since 2 days and it's perfect, no issues, keycaps are good (but I will replace with dolch sa), leds are very bright and even without any skill with qmk the web configurator allows to create per-layter complex led effects, remap anything and it's better than the usual web qmk configurator. What else to add.. i'm really happy.

Great Keyboard, widespread defect
As many users are reporting my board suffered from the "inability to adjust led brightness up" problem. Overall a very nice board, and I would have a lot of good things to say about it, but Drops policy of charging premium prices and shipping out a product with widespread defects then forcing effected customers to mail the board back before shipping out a replacement needs addressing.

DavePastryme replacement board is fully functional for the record, the fully functional board gets 5 stars, but I"m leaving the 1 star for the customer service aspect of forcing me to ship out a premium priced defective item before sending me a replacement.

The stabilizers were horribly rattling, the process of customizing lighting or macros was complicated(I’d suggest making a software for the ALT,CTRL, and SHIFT) other than that I love the looks and feel of the board itself but it just needs those issues resolved for how expensive it is.

A solid build keyboard. I own original CTRL and waiting for both high profile ALT and CTRL. After I received ALT high profilt, the keyboard was good as expected. The packaging also secure better than my previous CTRL which arrived with several scatch. However my ALT high profile arrived without any single one of them thank for Drop to improve their packing methods.
Back to keyboard I order the barebone version and put in tealios switch with the board. I would say at this price point this keyboard was a great deal. There are a few things I does not like on this board. It produce pingy sound from the case when typing and the stock stab were not that great. Also the weight was already great however I think the optional weight plate for this High profile ATL would be nice. I heard that it can bemodded to solve some of these issues. I will try those later. Overall I love the board and would recommended for people who want to try nice qmk compatible board.

Keyboard arrived unusable, customer support refuses to answer emails.
My Alt arrived damaged right out of the box. Typing is impossible is the keyboard randomly decides to freeze while typing characters until I mash the last key pressed to stop it. Does it about every ten seconds. I've emailed Drop multiple times and have received no response. At this point I have a $280 paperweight. Never again.
