Drop ALT Keyboard Foam Kit

One of the biggest changes unveiled in our new ALT V2 Keyboard was the addition of case foam to improve the typing sound and feel. For owners of older ALTs feeling a bit of foam-o—we have good news. We’re excited to announce the Drop ALT V2 Foam Kit: a special foam bundle that includes a set of our new foam inserts to fit all ALTs. This kit includes: PORON top case foam to place between the top case and the PCBA for a more plush and muted impact, IXPE switch foam for the space between the top case foam the PCBA to act as a force break and modify switch sound, PORON socket foam for the space directly under the PCBA to envelop the sockets and other key components, and PORON bottom case foam to eliminate any lingering hollowness. It’s an exceptional, second-generation typing foundation—now available for any and all ALTs.
