Super nice case!

I love it! I had purchased the MELGEEK BEE KEYBOARD CARRYING CASE a while back in an attempt to protect my Alt Keyboard since it was traveling to and from work with me in my backpack. But unfortunately, that case was too big (nothing against the case; it's also really nice, just too bulky for my use). The Soft Carry Case solves this issue, and as an added benefit, it has a little pocket for the cord which I had been putting in a separate cable manager. Now everything about my keyboard is self contained and it's awesome. The inside is honestly one of the softest fabrics I've ever felt, and I wish I could find pants/underwear made of that material. Think of a super soft paintbrush. Or a chinchilla. It's just incredible. Worth more than the $25 it is selling for.

Well Made

A bit pricey for essentially some cloth and velcro-ish material, but it performs very well for my custom made 60%, made of premium materials, and closes well, with a small pocket for the wire. I am very pleased. If you're feeling undecided and on the fence, if you have something else in your cart and adding this helps you get to the price that gets you free shipping, definitely go for this. Best keyboard sleeve I have used. Two thumbs up and very happy.

skyphoseThat ‘s the first thing I noticed. I’m thinking of returning it because of that. Steels like a pretty massive oversight. There’s just too much space the the keyboard to slide around.

mallowI super glued some velcro strips farther down to get a tighter fit on the flap. The velcro isn't strong enough to rip off the strips I super glued to it.

Very nice carry case

Good quality, no issues whatsoever. Both Drop Alt high and low profile fit perfectly with no wiggle room. I just wanted a case so I could carry my keyboard in my backpack and not worry about scratches or damage, which this one seems to be more than capable of thanks to excellent padding. Has a nice little pouch for the cable as well, keeps things neat and clean.

Bad design.

Bad velcro design (not same as previous round).
Small cable pocket (understandable, but not comfort design).
Few milling problems.

Honestly, this velcro design is the problem. If I put Alt keyboard with a original cable, you cannot even close the lit. I cannot understand why they designed/changed it like this without knowing the consumers. Otherwise, the size is very tight with Alt high-profile keyboard. I don't think I can fit Alt high-profile with SA profile on this. Good material too.

Terrible Design, fails completely as a board carry protector

Look at the velcro on the flap and the two measly strips on the side of the case that are perplexingly perpendicular from the flap velcro... That means there are mere cm of contact between the velcro so the board will easily slide out if you tilt the case even a little bit. It doesn't stay closed at all! Also whats the deal with the pathetic pocket on this thing? The size and depth of the pocket is the same as of a business card! It doesn't even fit Drop's OWN branded cable! This redesign is garbage and all the victims of this deserve a new fixed case. Can't believe we waited months for this garbage.

What the...

Just got mine today and I was immediately disappointed. Why did you decided to change velcro design? This is simply unacceptable behavior. I can understand the decision for a delay if you are trying to fix defects, but in this case you have created one. This is nothing more then a cost saving stunt at the expense of the customer. With the new design the flap cannot fully close and pops with easy.

what's up with the velcros?

why is one half put horizontal and other half vertical? I mean I wouldn't have minded as much if it was long enough for it to close tightly but the only way to keep it shut is if you leave like 2inch diameter gap??? whoever thought this was a good idea needs to get fired

This may work for an ALT keyboard with some modification.

I also purchased this specifically for my alt keyboard. The Velcro does not extend low enough on the case to secure the alt. It creates a loose "loop" at the end of a few inches if you attempt to fasten it. Enough room to cram in a portable mouse I guess, maybe that was the intention? For now I tuck the outer flap on the inside and it works. That leaves the scratchy part of the Velcro exposed but is better than the big loose loop. I am going to attempt to glue/sew some Velcro backing on the case so that it fits the ALT keyboard.

The case seems a good quality case. The outer material feels strong and seems last long. The inner material is soft. It would be a perfect case if couple things are improved. 1) Case Size - Although this case is for an ALT keyboard, it is too big for my ALT High Profile keyboard. There is too much space left when I close the cover. 2) Inner Pocket Size - The inner pocket for a cable is only 3.5in deep. The space is too tight to store the cable comes with the ATL keyboard. Custom cables may not be fit in this pocket. 3) Velcro Strip - The velcro strip on the case is very narrow. There is no room for adjustment. If the velcro strip is wider, it may be resolved the #1 issue I mentioned. I posted couple pictures. You can see what I said. Overall, this is a good keyboard case. However, I decided to return this since I purchased it for my ALT Profile keyboard. It doesn't fit perfectly.
