Drop Ignoring Manufacturing Defects

Editing my review from 1 star for one reason to 1 star for another reason. I have indeed owned my board for two years. Mostly decent experience. There are issues with QMK and Drop refusing to support their own board over QMK. I got this because of QMK so that sucked. Now, I swapped key switches for the first time on this keyboard and that exposed an issue with the manufacturing of the keyboard. Drop refuses to do anything to help remedy the process. I understand it's outside of service period, but they offered optional warranties after I bought it for a reason: their quality control is bad. Now, they refuse to take any responsibility and the support agent just gaslights the entire thing. Fairly pissed after I've referred a lot of people to purchase items from here. At the time of writing, a new Drop Alt is on Memorial Day sale for like 40% off or something large like that. They apparently can't even offer to discount a new PCB for like 10%. They really know how to show they stand by their product and support the community.
