Hey there! Never soldered a board before or had one with hot-swappable switch sockets so please excuse my ignorance. If I buy a set of Zealios (link here:https://zealpc.net/collections/switches/products/zealio), would I be able to simply slot the switches into the board without any wiring/soldering? Thanks so much!

Yes, although you have to clip off the two guide pins (“pegs”) on the switches. This is because hotswappable keyboards are usually designed with plate mounted switches in mind, where Zealios are designed as PCB mounted switches.
