Very solid keyboard, but damaged in shipment

The construction and quality of this keyboard is top notch, and it’s a very aesthetically pleasing case. The combination of my Wuque Studio Morandi Switches, the Phantom Stabs, and the immense amounts of foam in the case makes for a very dampened and quiet sound which is what I was aiming for. The RGB is also very nice looking if you’re going for that. Only issue that arose was some damage in shipment that left one of the arrow keys not working, but the warranty process was very easy to understand and fast. The only thing I’d ask in the future is more coverage on all sides with packaging material for shipment as I found 2/3 sides to be completely unprotected within the shipment box.
