I'd be interested if the cartridge is replaceable.

NightBirdAudio Technica, make many cartridges themselves. Infact their green AT95E or VM95E cartridge is considered an affordable upgrade with a great sound quality increase, for most entry level - mid range turntable setups. I believe this has one of the green AT cartridge, looking at the pictures.

shooteurSorry, I should've said "upgradable." My lp60 is not.

NightBirdYes, you'll be able to replace the cart or swap out the headshell (or both, new headshell + card, which is what I would recommend anytime you have the option, makes swapping super easy).

NightBirdAnything in the VM95 line can be used here, just keep in mind the headshell is the curved model where most of the premounted ones I've seen use the straight model. https://www.turntablelab.com/search?type=product&q=vm95+cartridge

rhpot1991There is an available headshell, the curve is due to the straight tonearm. In an s-shape configuration we do sell pre-mounted cartridges that screw righ on.

poteetb1Yep, I'm aware. Just warning others before they purchase the wrong one. The curved one seems a lot less available overall.
