Would really like some clarification on whether this is ETA 2824-2 Elabore-Grade (3 positions) or Top-Grade(5 positions).....The details section states both Elabore and 5 positions.
Once again, I have wandered onto an item that I have no interest in, but I have not lost my need to comment. For this kind of money, I can get a decent cell phone that not only tells me the time, in analog or digital, but has a shitload more functionality. In defense of the watch, it probably does a much better job in surviving water challenges.
14themoneyYou should check out Patek Philip or A. Lange and Sohn prices then. You could buy your own cell tower. Mechanical watches are about wearing a tiny, hand made machine as jewelry. Some of the more esoteric ones don’t even tell the time. Not sure why you felt the need to come in and make an asinine comment, instead of just asking what drives the value of these.
I like the price and the T100 markers. I like the simplicity of just markers every hour rather than every minute. Make the 12, 3, 6 and 9 markers double wide. This is a much cleaner looking dial at night.
