Is there anything differentiating V1 and V2? I ordered the V2 and got them before the estimated ship date so I'm concerned I may have gotten the V1. The QR code in the box also points to the V1 page, not the V2 manual. I see nothing in the Model number to indicate V2...

T.FernandezThank you for this! Just filed a support request because I couldn't see anything indicating v2, but my power supply is 20v. Also the QR code did point to the v2 manual for me, but I bet they just updated the link not changed the printed QR code.

While my v1s did not crap out. The heat issue that caused that has been fixed, at least in the ones I got. They voltage is lower and they no longer feel hot when in use. Beyond that, they feel and sound the same.
