I am still waiting for mine. I ordered it Mar 14. The tracking said, "The item has been processed in the country of destination ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)" on May 19th. Not a word since then...

wrustphotoI don't mean to minimize the frustration of waiting for shipments to clear customs, but what it looks like to me is customs in Chicago is taking forever to clear the package. Why it is taking this long, no one can tell you. About a month ago a package of mine sat there for 18 days. I think their goal is less than 45 days. You can keep tracking the package with USPS tracking (they will deliver it). If customs has an issue, they are supposed to contact you directly.

shimageWell, Drop finally got back to me and said there was something wrong with the address. (This was my third knife from them and I never had a problem before???). Regardless, I got a refund from them and the money is back in my account. I doubt I will ever get another long term massdrop from them in the future, however.

wrustphotoMine is coming today. My Dao from WE knives was sent back 2 weeks ago due to the address being wrong. This is a WE knives issue and I think might be resolved at the moment.
