i couldn't find this linked anywhere, maybe it should be on the setup instructions page? but i found the link to the drop configurator. sorry, this is my first drop kb, i thought i was supposed to be waiting on the qmk configurator to have the carina (since it has the alt and ctrl) https://drop.com/mechanical-keyboards/configurator

zeropraxissuper newb question but what do you do with the file after you compile and download, is there a separate app that runs the file?

MisterrChenfollow the instructions here to download mdloader and use it to load the bin file you downloaded onto your keyboard: https://github.com/Massdrop/mdloader
and dont feel bad, drop has not mentioned anywhere, even on the configurator page that you need to do this. pretty sad
