If you own an original Massdrop CTRL or CTRL High-Profile keyboard, you’ll need to purchase a plastic LED diffuser (available as an add-on here) to ensure that your new CTRL High-Profile case fits properly. Owners of the newer Drop CTRL or CTRL High-Profile keyboard do not need to purchase this diffuser, though you can add it to your order if you want an extra.

Inside every CTRL keyboard is a high-performance PCBA—an assembled printed circuit board—that brings it to life. For the first time ever, we’re bringing that same PCBA to our community members as a standalone component. Home to all electronics on the CTRL, the PCBA is responsible for everything from custom key commands to custom RGB settings. It also houses the CTRL’s hot-swappable switch sockets, which allow users to change switches without soldering; as well as the RGB LEDs themselves, which create over 16 million unique colors for brilliant backlighting.
