If i happened to scratch off the top coat of the keyboard by accident, will there be any form of rust or corrosion due to my severe sweaty palm?

This is anodized aluminum. You will have a hard time scratching off the anodization by accident, but if you were to do so, aluminum doesn't really rust in the same way iron and steel do.

Aluminium actually naturally generates a thin protective oxide coating that protects it from the environment. Further more it is already a very corrosion resistant metal. I also heard that it was anodized so accidentally corroding your keyboard will be near impossible.
