I like the physical product even though the color render was misleading of what color it actually is. My main gripe is I received a model with dead LEDs.

Your not offering replacements so what does it even matter?
They are offering replacements, refunds, and partial refunds.
This is a misconception. They are only replacing boards with the same model you ordered. For instance, if you have a defective board with Kailh BOX Whites, they're only going to send a replacement that has Kailh BOX Whites. The problem is that they don't have sufficient stock to replace defects on every configuration right now, and you can't give them "go ahead" to send a different one or even a barebones version, because they're reserved for people who ordered that version, at least for now until more people continue to raise a stink.
I ordered the version with Halo Trues, and as of yesterday, they will be sending me a replacement. Someone in the discussion page has a defective board with Halo Clears, and they gave him the finger. I have no idea which ones have replacements in stock. All I know is that at the time that I contacted them, they had enough Halo True boards to authorize a replacement.
The bonus for me personally is that since I have the paper trail of being promised a replacement directly from support, it'll make keeping the board for free and doing a chargeback a lot easier from my end if they ended up being wrong about having enough to replace it.
They offered me replacement on Halo Clears :ok_hand:
Damn, I have absolutely no idea what is going on over there then, unless you requested a replacement before the other guys did and they were super limited.
