Keyboard came in and it looks great, only issue I found was one of the screws on the bottom falls right out, I don't know what bit it takes but even when I forced a Philips in there and it was turning it wouldn't grab. Not a big deal so I put in my switches and start to use it. Then about every 30 minutes the keyboard would completely freeze up, lights on but wouldn't accept any input. Unplugging and plugging back in made the lights turn off, but the keyboard still wouldn't take any inputs. I don't have anything small enough to hit the reset button but if you unplug it and leave it unplugged for a couple minutes it starts working again. Not acceptable. I'm not sure if I just got a bad board but either way it's frustrating, time to take out all the switches and see about getting a replacement. Edit: So further testing shows that if I disable the LED's completely or use the red wave effect the board will work fine for hours and never lock up, The solid colors and the first lighting mode all make the keyboard lock up after 20-30 minutes of use. Maybe a firmware issue that could potentially be fixed with a flash? Really weird and I haven't seen anyone else have this problem (Funny that everyone has stuck LED's and mine all work, but keyboard can't handle it lol). I really do like the keyboard but what's the point of having an RGB keyboard if you can't use the lights without making the keyboard useless? Still waiting on mass drop support to get back to me. Edit 2: Mass drop support reached out and is shipping me a replacement and a return label for my old one, if the new one comes in and is fine I'll be happy and update my rating. Edit 3: Received new board and it's working perfectly fine, no blemishes or stuck LEDs or weird behavior (thankfully considering how wonky the first board was, and seeing all the issues others had like stuck LEDs I was worried about getting another bad board). Mass drop support was great.

Haven't received it yet, I got tracking info sent to me just waiting on it to get here. Unfortunately anything shipped from mass drop takes about a week for me to get and it took them a couple days after I posted my review to contact me and ship me a new one, should be here my next Friday at the latest.

Appreciate the update even if you don't have a new board yet. Shipping seems to be the same for me from Massdrop. Even though I live right in the direct center of an international shipping mecca and receive USPS Priority AND First-Class packages in under 4 days almost always, and often receive Amazon Prime 2-day shipments the next day, Massdrop shipments always seem to take longer.
I think they print out the label far before it leaves the warehouse.

Alright sorry for the late reply, been busy. So yeah new keyboard came in and swapped over my switches and it's working perfectly. No blemishes on the case, all the LEDs work etc. Honestly I think the old keyboard had a bad connection/trace/solder joint or was somehow just overheating because with the weather we were having it could easily get 90+ degrees in my room and the keyboard had issues. Then last week using it before I got my keys swapped over it was nice and cool 50 degrees outside and it worked fine for hours. Mass drop support was excellent and said if I couldn't return the old motherboard in the time frame for the shipping label they sent me to use that If I just ask they would provide me a new one, overall while a pain I like the product I got in the end.

Thanks for the update. I'm receiving my replacement sometime early next week. Maybe monday if FedEx's night time parcel sorters hit quota tonight (they don't work on Sunday here).
