Newbie/beginner question I'm sure -- can you easily map this keyboard to an Apple/Mac configuration? And what about key labels for that (e.g. Command Key, Option Key, etc.). Thanks!

russwilsonYou can remap the keys with the configurator, you won't get any keycaps for that, tho. I don't care personally, but I do know people that do.

russwilsonJust switch the Command and Option keys. Use the online configurator, compile, download, and flash it to your board. Follow the instructions at https://www.massdrop.com/talk/9382/how-to-configure-your-ctrl-keyboard. You'll need to use the mdloader to flash the layout since (last I checked) you can't use the QMK Toolbox app to do it b/c the CTRL microprocessor isn't supported, yet. I was able to flash the Mac layout to my CTRL, and it works great. I actually prefer a "mirrored" modifier bottom row (L to R): Ctrl - Alt/Opt - Cmd - Spacebar - Cmd - Alt/Opt - Ctrl - Fn

KeyMasterWhen I use the configurator, I don't see options for mapping "COMMMAND" to a particular key. What am I missing? Thanks.

KeyMasterHow do I remap MO(1)? I can't find it in the list on the bottom, and when I click on the key, nothing is highlighted.

Urano_MetriaNot to take away from DarkMio’s screencap, but I’ll add this one for those who might need a click-by-click explanation.

KeyMasterEven more helpful information, can't thank you enough. I don't know why I was having such a tough time of it, it's not as complicated as I thought. I still stand by the opinion that the configurator is unintuitive though.

russwilsonyou dont need to do this to be honest. if you go into "keyboard" setting on your mac, then click the modifier keys... button it will let the system remap them. i mean you can flash the keyboard but this is even easier.

scoopbbThanks. I was a little wary of running unsigned code expecting unfamiliar parameters. This saved me headaches and time. :)
