lebrun Well I received another support email today and they yet again only offered a refund. He said they wont offer replacements to anyone.

lebrunYes they didn't offer to replace my keyboard which is completely against what they have posted here.

jareman384I'm still waiting for a response, but if they offer just a refund, I'm not going to take it. Sending the keyboard back from outside the US is going to cost a lot in customs fees and shipment, so either way I'll be taking a loss. I will, however, update my review depending on their response.

jareman384Just got an email from massdrop. They offer either a full refund (I have to send the Ctrl back, of course) or a miserable $30 if I keep the defective board. I'm taking the latter. No more massdrop purchases for me, ever.
