I don't see anyone else talking about it, but let's be honest. The type of switch puller that is included with this keyboard (and other hot swap boards) is horrendous. The cheap ones bend and warp after removing less than 50 switches, not usable long-term. The one included with the CTRL is much higher quality. Too high quality if you ask me. It's really rigid and sturdy and also keeps its shape even after transplanting an entire board worth of switches more than once.
It's too short, with too little to grab onto, and really starts to dig into and irritate fingers after 40-50 switches. I highly recommend Massdrop starts including IC pullers in future boards instead. Way easier and more enjoyable to work with, and relatively inexpensive as well. It really helps lend to the premium experience of the CTRL as well, since every other hot swap board comes with those painful little metal grabbers. I've included a picture of an IC puller below for reference.

Urano_MetriaUpdate on the IC puller. I actually just removed all of the switches on my CTRL with the exact tool I left a picture of above. It literally only took me 3 minutes to remove every single switch, and my fingers don't hurt even in the slightest. It really is the superior tool for the job. Anyone who is into hot swappable keyboards who doesn't own an IC puller really needs to invest in one. They're only $5 on Amazon, even cheaper if you order from AliExpress and wait on the long shipping.
