I just watched the review and jayz2cents and I was impressed and I was honestly thinking but buying it but I just don't think it's worth $200 something like that would be worth maybe 50 to $75 but 200 I expect at premium premium quality keyboard

JMBrrutovskyIt is a premium quality keyboard though. If you have no experience soldering, it honestly doesn't get much better than this. If you understood every feature that went into this board, you'd realize the price is pretty fair.

JMBrrutovsky50-75? lol Based on what? Show me Aluminum case, RGB backlighting, rgb underglow, fully programmable, usb c. NO really, show me... I'd buy that. I think you're getting a bit out there bro! $200 is a bit steep, but barebones is pretty on point with market pricing.

Johnny831I couldn't agree more. I don't think you could even find a decent quality TKL aluminum case and acrylic diffuser for $75, let alone the programmable PCB and every other component that goes into the functioning keyboard.

Urano_MetriaIt's massdrop ranting at it's finest. Again, I'll agree if you could actually link anything of the sorts.

JMBrrutovskyMy guess is that you're new to the scene and do not yet understand the nature of mechanical keyboards. Not all keyboards are of the same mold - the cheapo $20 membrane board you might get from local walmart and these are very different despite similar appearances. If you are looking to spend less than $75, I recommend you look at MagicForce or Drevo budget branded mechanical keyboards on Amazon.
Tread carefully. Once you go mech kbd, you don't go back. The rabbit hole is very deep and very expensive. If you're curious as to how deep, swing by rama.works or Zfrontier and check out their warez.
Ignorance is bliss.. for your bank account. :D

Jino74Someone introduced me to zFrontier late last week. I struggled against it in vain all day Friday and Saturday, but I ended up dropping $200 on that Aurora 96. Damn that king looks sweet. It's the form factor I wanted out of Input Club's Kira.

Jino74No kidding! In April I bought my first mechanical keyboard from ASUS and got curious about custom keycaps. Now I'm waiting on my Rev4 Zeal60 to do the underlighting mod and drop into a Tokyo60.

Jino74I actually really wanted to get the KOYU, but I never received a confirmation that it was compatible with a standard backspace key. I just don't feel comfortable spending that much money and not even knowing if I would be able to tolerate the non-standard backspace right above the enter key. An odd design choice in my opinion.

Urano_MetriaThe split back space is what killed it for me. A perfect end game board will show up someday.
