When I received by board I had several issues. My "a" key wouldn't register even after swapping switches out on it. Also one of the magnetic feet on the board wouldn't sit flush in the bottom of the board resulting in the board falling over with even the slightest lateral movement. I have bought a ton of stuff through massdrop but have never had to deal with a defective product. I contacted customer service requesting a refund. Over a week later I received a response giving me several options including returning the board for a refund. In a return email I reiterated that yes I would like a full refund. That was on the 11th and i'm still waiting on a response. They need to do something to streamline their customer service experience because it makes me wary of purchasing future massdrop made products. I know that defects happen but the time it has take to fix the issue is unacceptable.
