Hello, I have received my CTRL Keyboard and thus far I love it! However, I use a USB 3.0 Hub/Switch for my peripherals since i switch them between work and personal use. The keyboard itself works when it is plugged into it, however the LEDs will not turn on. Is there an option that can update this feature? It is slightly irritating since I use other peripherals like the K65 Corsair keyboard/Mouse and all the LEDs/Functions work.

Mr.SJI noticed this happens to the keyboard when it isn't getting enough power.
Mr.SJIm not too sure, however i think its because you're using a hub and not plugging it directly into your pc/monitor. The power may be getting lost through the hub. Try it without it and if it doesn't work, I can't say anything else.

TherealcurrymasterYes, the LEDs do work when connected to the PC/laptop. Unfortunately not with the "USB Switch" 😥
