Some of my key presses are registering multiple times when I've only lightly tapped it once. Is this a sign of a faulty switch?

pandasgorawrGetting this myself. Not sure why, seems to happen with a lot of my keys but especially the "W" one.

pandasgorawrTry pulling the switch with the switch puller tool and swapping with another to see if it's a switch problem or a PCB problem.
In either case, you can go to your transactions (https://www.massdrop.com/transactions) and our support team will help you out.

YanboWuI am having thiss same issue but it is with a lot of keys, not just w. And I sent a message to support, and they sssaid that I need to find ssolutions by going to the discussions ssection and see if other peoplle have been able to ssolve this without getting a new keyboard?

YanboWuIt's good to know i'm not the only one.....
The double trigger issue started for me in the last couple of weeks. (Halo True). It's very frustrating, because it was perfect before.
I actually wonder if it's the actual board itself, because when double trigger occurs. All the hotkey functions also stops working.

Kyiu80Did you ever get this resolved? I shipped mine back for a refund and am thinking of tempting my fate with the ALT keyboard but really hoping I don't have the same issue. the double clicking on a single press is a non-starter for me as it slows me down so much to have to constantly go back and delete extra characters...

I'm in the process of getting a refund. I was trying this on different PCs/Macs/USB-C Cables and the issue is still the same hence ruling out any variables.
It's a pity......

Kyiu80Really sucks. I am going to try out the ALT keyboard and see if i have the same issue. I can always get a refund if it happens but I really like the Halo True keys so I am going to keep trying out the ALT keyboard just for testing purposes.
I'll keep you posted.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
