Have had this for about three weeks, and I am loving it so far. First, everything was working fine out of the box: no dead keys, all lights & light modes are functioning, and the few minor changes I made with QMK went off without a hitch. USB-C is also excellent; this is what everything will be soon, and there are two ports. Whichever one isn't plugged into the computer is charging or connecting an accessory. Under the column "minor issues," the magnetic shims do tend to pop off if I push it hard laterally. However, I only know that because I wanted to test it after reading reviews. I don't have much need to shift my KB left/right at my desk, if you do it might be an issue, but for most users I would not worry about it. Under the column "personal preferences," I love that this is a no-profile, in standard TKL, with easily replaceable switches. I strongly prefer TKL layout, but I have a beard and eat at my desk like an animal; with this bad boy I just tip it at an angle once a week, and blow air across the rows. Also, many no-profile KB's have a bunch of other weird aspects to them I don't care to deal with (I need to type things, not recreate a mission control terminal). The CTRL has fits my needs very well. Switches: I am also enjoying the halo clear switch more than I thought I would. I have a long and sordid love affair with the matias quiet click, but have struggled with too many switches malfunctioning or just dying way too early (unrelated to beard hair/food). I figured if I didn't like the clears, I would buy a set of matias since they would be easy to replace, but the clears are holding up pretty well so far. Caps: Probably the weakest aspect, but also the easiest to change. Overall, very good, but not uh-maaaazing. They are PBT and well-textured. I like that. They are shine-through, which I don't really care about: I use this at a desk in my office or at my computer at home. At my office, I usually turn the lighting off entirely so people don't gawk too much. It is nice to have backlighting if I am at home gaming in the dark, but that is about it. If the magical light everything mattered to me more I might care about the quality of the double shot, since the legends don't light up too well and I can too easily see where the opaque portion was overlaid. I understand this is endemic to double-shots, but I have seen better. Again, it doesn't affect me, and it certainly isn't "bad" but this aspect is "meh". Fit and Finish: This is uh-maaaazing. I happen to really like the color, and the "texture" to the top plate, and the way it all fits together is very slick. It looks and feels premium. So in conclusion, I would buy it again and recommend to others. But I don't think I will ever need to buy it again, because it is well made and easy to service.
