Strong, solid and reliable
I love this keyboard, initially the feet came off as I moved the keyboard on the desk, but for whatever reason that issue seems to have rectified itself. Typing on it is a real joy and I love it's looks, everyone I have shown the photo to with the default illumination has said wow! The keys aren't noisy and they feel to my fingers perfectly weighted, even the texture on the key caps makes typing a pleasure, the old DELL keyboard is now resigned to the spare parts cupboard . I have just one question - who makes / supplies the USB C cable? I would like to buy another one with a similar texture so the keyboard can be connected to both the MAC and the PC. Thank you Massdrop - a lovely product. It's now November 2023, today stripped it for a second clean since purchasing in 2018. Still works perfectly and still looking great, been using this keyboard daily as I now work from home since 2020,still love it.

AspectCarlAnd another question, if I wanted to purchase UK key caps that are the same colour and finish as the supplied keycaps, where should I go looking?

AspectCarlThanks for the positive note. Reviews can be easily skewed since usually dissatisfied customers tend to be more vocal (for good reason). Can you let me know how long it took between placing your order and you receiving the product? It's been 5 days past my "estimated ship date" for this keyboard and I have not heard anything yet. Trying to gauge what others are experiencing.

goemon_ishikawaHmmmm thanks for reminding me, looking at the records, I purchased on the 13th of October, the item shipped on the 17th October and it arrived at my door on 25th of October. However, I recall that soon as I received an email telling me the drop was going to be made I logged on and paid. I recall about a business week of silence before suddenly I started seeing my purchase formally recorded and a notification email being received. I would say remain patient for the moment.

AspectCarl@AspectCarl , appreciate sharing your experience. So far, my experience has been lining up with what you outlined. Namely, about a business week's worth of silence before any updates. I am guessing shipping will be similar. Hopefully our experiences will give other community members accurate data to base their purchasing decisions off of. If you are a seasoned Massdrop user, is this pretty typical? Namely that published delivery dates of active drops tend to be very optimistic/unrealistic?

goemon_ishikawaThis is my first purchase from MD, I'm UK based and while there is probably some reasonable mechanical keyboards available here somewhere, I decided this keyboard was the one I would buy, irrespective of importation and shipping fees. If I see something that really takes my fancy and it's only available on Massdrop then I'll buy it, I am a Amazon Prime customer so I really appreciate next day delivery, but if like this keyboard its not available elsewhere I'll buy it. Personally if the delay extended to 10 days before my item was indicated as purchased I would be dropping Customer Services a quick line and if nothing after 48 hours I'd be onto my Credit Card company and requesting a charge back. Hopefully you'll hear something back soon.
