How do i contact customer service ? The capslock led is not showing the right color.

Star-LordHave you tried the common solution for LEDs not showing the right color where you just loosen the screw in the back? If you do not want to try this and just want to contact customer support you can do so by clicking the 3 dots in the top left corner of your screen. Then click on the "Help Center" option and scroll down on that page to click the Contact Us button. Cheers!

Star-LordDepending on which LED profile you're using the capslock key will show a different color when it's ON so you know it's ON rather than OFF. It should toggle back and forth when you press it.
