Is there a similar mechanical keyboard on the market that does not cost $200 lol?

DeadhardyProbably the GMMK, but I don't think it's aluminum. Assuming this PCB holds up, this should last you a super long time with almost endless ease and ability to customize.

SchaFUgh I know. I think the fact that they're out of the silver switches is holding me back as well.

DeadhardyYeah, its also annoying they aren't giving any update or ETA. If I knew where to get just the keycaps (PBT shine throughs are hard to find), I would buy them, the Kailh/Kaihua silver's elsewhere, and then a bare board, but so far I haven't been able to find a good set of caps.

DeadhardyHexgear Gemini is the exact same keyboard in black and silver, it somes out sometime in Q2 2019 and preorders are right now. I would get this if box browns were an option, but no space gray for me it seems.

DeadhardyAs Avoh has stated, the Hexgear Gemini Dawn (White/Silver Version) and Hexgear Gemini Dusk (Black Version) are currently on sale right now for $140. It's the exact same board as the Massdrop CTRL but comes at a cheaper price and offers white and black versions. It's currently up for pre-order and is expected to be out by the Q2 of 2019. If you cannot wait that long, then I believe the CTRL is also a good choice, but at a greater price.

Its_SetsunaYup, I decided to preorder a Gemini Dusk on Avoh's advice.  Some people might say the $60 price difference isn't worth the wait, but if I was going to spend $200 on the CTRL I might has well buy a next tier keyboard for $250-$300.
