I recently got my CTRL and the keys have a very loud ping (ping was even noticed by a co-worker). I have swapped the switches (box whites, halo clear, zilents) and the problem persists - it must be the CTRL case. Any advice on how to fix this? Did anyone else experience the loud ping? Here is a video of it: https://youtu.be/gnsInBMtw1E

janmartenMight be the case and how the sound travels in it. Kinda how plastic case is quiet. If you are looking for super quiet, you may need to avoid bottoming out the keys. There are sliencing clips that go on the switch. Or o rings but people get grumpy with that suggestion.

janmartenI don't have a lot of experience since it is going to be my first Mechanical keyboard but I'm pretty sure it is considered a feature and not a problem, even tho I'm the same and would have like the option of silent red switchs
