I just received my custom (expensive) coiled aviator cable in the mail only to find it will not work with my cntrl keyboard. It's a shame because it looks sooooo good. Any ideas as to why the comparability issue?

Yes. It's probably the length of the cable causing the issue if I had to guess. Cable works fine when I plug it to my phone. The keyboard is a power hog I guess.

Does it type when you have it plugged into your computer? It could be the cable is providing insufficient power.

Nope. Keyboard is totally inoperable. Cable length must be culprit.

Have you found a fix to be able to use the coiled cable? I really want a coiled cable as well but am finding out it's not possible? How many feet is the cable that you got? Do you happen to know the max cable length that the CTRL can handle?

I had this issue as well. You have to cap it to 7 feet total which is way shorter than the other ones. CTRL draws in a lot of power and the longer the cable the weaker the power.
