If anyone can help me, after hot swapping out new switches one of my keys is not working. I tried with different switches I know work and still no luck. The kailh hotswap socket might be broken. It does not seem loose. I also made sure the pins were straight before I put them in. What should I do now?

The contacts on the socket might be separated too much and aren't making contact with the switch pin. You should be able to resolve that by using a pair of tweezers and pinching them back together. You will need to do this from the underside, so you'll have to unscrew the bottom plate to access the PCBA. I can better assist you if you provide photos of the socket and PCBA. https://drop.com/buy/drop-alt-barebones-mechanical-keyboard/talk/2553542

I am having a similar issue except I still have the original switches. There are five that are not working properly:5, t, g, b and the backspace. They seem to work if you press them hard enough or enough times. Is there anything I can do? I resetand switch out the ones that were not working.
