Yes, the foam kits are already in-stock. Here is the kit for the CTRL. The PCBs will be in-stock when the keyboards arrive (within a month), here is a link to the V2 CTRL PCBA.

This is the fully-built version, which arrives completely assembled with switches and keycaps. The barebones units will come assembled minus the switches and keycaps, as you predicted.
